Mission
Psychotherapeutic support is a space for self-discovery and processing unconscious processes. This work promotes greater freedom, empowerment, healing of patterns and relationships for a more prosperous life.

Approach
By combining phenomenology—a third-force branch of psychology—with somatic practices—an approach to the science of trauma—we can access the depths of the mind-body's wisdom. This integration allows for a clearer understanding of psychic processes and a more direct transformation.

On phenomenology
Phenomenology is more than a therapeutic approach – it's an invitation to experience life with greater presence. Instead of framing experiences within pre-established diagnoses, it invites us to explore what is truly happening inside us, without haste, without judgment. It's about truly listening – to your words, your body, your emotions – and allowing all of this to reveal paths to understanding and transformation. When we look at experience as it is, without filters, we open space for new possibilities of being and living.
Regarding somatic practices
Somatic practices are a path back home – to your own body. In daily life, we accumulate tension, unprocessed emotions, and automatic patterns that disconnect us from ourselves. In a therapeutic context, working with the body means bringing more awareness to these sensations, releasing what has been trapped, accessing unconscious parts that the mind cannot access, and restoring a deep sense of security and presence. It's not just about talking about what we feel, but truly feeling it – and, from that, transforming. You can't escape the body, and this wisdom allows the work to be deeper and more effective.
My journey began 10 years ago, with one of the greatest sorrows of my life.
At the height of an eating disorder and depression, sabotaging and shying away from precious relationships—both family and romantic—I saw no way out.
Through therapy, study, and above all, a lot of practice reconnecting with myself, today I have rediscovered my joy and zest for life.
I earned degrees in nutrition and psychology and dedicated myself to studying trauma and Eastern spiritual traditions, particularly Tantra.
And I became...
More loving
More fun
More open
More present.
And I achieved everything I didn’t even know I could desire.
My mission is to help others thrive as well.
